-As a Field Sales Executive, you will play a key role in driving the company's sales efforts by engaging with potential clients and promoting our products/services in the field. Your primary responsibility will be to generate new business opportunities, build strong relationships with clients, and achieve sales targets. This role requires a dynamic and motivated individual with excellent communication and negotiation skills, a customer-centrist approach, and the ability to thrive in a target-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Sales and Promotion:
• Generate sales leads and convert them into clients by providing information about travel packages, destinations, and services.
• Create and sell customized travel packages based on clients' preferences and needs.
• Advise clients on travel options, including flight tickets, hotel accommodations, tours, and insurance.
• Client Relationship Management:
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
• Address client inquiries, resolve complaints, and provide top-tier customer service throughout the travel planning process.
• Travel Planning:
• Plan and organize travel itineraries, ensuring all details are well-coordinated, such as accommodations, transportation, and activities.
• Assist clients with obtaining necessary documents such as visas, travel insurance, and other essential travel-related paperwork.
• Market Research and Trend Analysis:
• Keep up-to-date with industry trends, new destinations, and seasonal promotions.
• Identify and target potential new markets and customer segments.
• Sales Targets and Reporting:
• Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the growth of the business.
• Maintain accurate records of sales, bookings, and client interactions.
• Collaboration:
• Work closely with other departments (such as operations, marketing, and customer service) to ensure smooth execution of travel services.
• Negotiate with suppliers like airlines, hotels, and tour operators to secure the best deals for clients.
