Job Description

Location - West Delhi (Vikaspuri and Subhash Nagar)

Office Timings - 11:00 A.M. to 08:00 P.M.

Working Days - 6 Days (Rotational Off)

Key Responsibilities:



Sales & Consultations:

Provide expert advice to customers on travel destinations, packages, accommodations, tours, and activities. Understand customer preferences and budget to recommend personalized travel solutions. Assist clients in selecting and booking flights, hotels, rental cars, and other travel-related services. Upsell additional products and services, such as travel insurance, upgrades, and excursions.

Customer Service:

Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by providing timely and professional responses to queries and concerns. Assist clients in resolving any travel-related issues, such as cancellations, delays, or booking errors. Follow up with clients to ensure they are satisfied with their travel experiences.

Administrative Tasks:

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions using CRM software. Process bookings, payments, and refunds in accordance with company policies. Ensure that all travel bookings comply with legal requirements and company standards.

Market Research & Networking:

Stay up to date on the latest travel trends, destination highlights, and promotions. Build relationships with travel suppliers, including airlines, hotels, and tour operators, to secure the best deals for clients. Attend travel industry events and conferences to enhance product knowledge and network with industry professionals.

Team Collaboration:

Work closely with the marketing and operations teams to ensure seamless service delivery. Share knowledge and insights with team members to improve sales strategies and customer experiences.

Qualifications & Skills:



Previous experience in travel sales, customer service, or a related field is preferred. Strong knowledge of travel destinations, airlines, hotels, and other travel services. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work well under pressure and meet sales targets. Proficiency in using travel booking systems, CRM software, and MS Office. Strong organizational and multitasking skills. A passion for travel and helping others plan memorable experiences. Ability to adapt to changing client needs and market trends.

Education:



A high school diploma or equivalent; a college degree in travel, tourism, business, or a related field is a plus. Travel-related certifications (e.g., Certified Travel Associate, IATA certification) are an advantage.
