Responsibilities
• Promote and sell travel packages, including accommodations, flights, and tours.
• Assist clients in planning and booking travel itineraries.
• Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the booking process.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets.
• Maintain knowledge of travel products, services, and market trends.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients and travel partners.
• Resolve any issues or concerns that may arise during the travel planning process.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create sales strategies and promotional activities.
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, Tourism, or a related field-not mandatory
• Proven experience in sales, preferably in the travel industry.
• Strong knowledge of travel products and services.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• High level of organizational and time management skills.
