Job Title: Travel Sales Executive

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated •Travel Sales Executive •to join our growing team in the tourism industry. As a Travel Sales Executive, you will be responsible for generating sales leads, building relationships with clients, and promoting our travel packages and services to meet sales targets. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in travel sales, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service and closing sales.
Key Responsibilities
• Identify and target potential clients, develop sales opportunities, and manage leads from initial inquiry through to booking.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients by providing personalized travel advice, understanding their needs, and offering suitable travel packages.
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of the company's travel products, services, and destinations. Provide detailed and engaging presentations to clients to drive sales.
• Meet and exceed individual sales targets and contribute to the team's overall sales goals.
• Ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction by handling queries, following up on bookings, and resolving any issues that arise before or after travel.
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to identify opportunities for business growth.
• Work closely with the operations team to ensure smooth execution of bookings, travel itineraries, and client satisfaction.
Skills & Qualifications:
• Minimum of 1-2 years of proven experience as a Travel Sales Executive or in a similar sales role in the tourism/travel industry.
• Strong sales skills with the ability to close deals and meet targets. Experience with upselling and cross-selling is a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a customer-focused approach.
• Passion for delivering outstanding customer service and exceeding client expectations.
• Ability to handle challenges and resolve issues effectively and efficiently.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team to achieve company goals.
Education
A bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field is preferred but not mandatory.
