Introduction: We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Travel Sales Executive to join our growing team. As a Travel Sales Executive, you will be responsible for promoting and booking travel arrangements from end to end for clients, ensuring exceptional customer service and satisfaction. This role requires a passion for travel, strong sales skills, and the ability to build and maintain client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote and sell travel products such as flights, hotels, car rentals, vacation packages, tours, and travel itinerary.
• Understand and cater to the needs of individual clients by offering personalized travel solutions that meet their preferences and budget.
• Provide expert advice and recommendations to clients regarding destinations, travel routes, accommodation options, and local attractions.
• Handle reservations, bookings, payments, and logistics efficiently and accurately using booking systems and tools.
• Maintain updated knowledge of travel industry trends, products, and services.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and follow-up.
• Handle customer inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally, aiming for resolution and customer satisfaction.
• Meet sales targets and goals set by the company, striving for continuous improvement and achievement.
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless coordination and delivery of travel services.

Requirements:

• Proven work experience as a Travel Sales Executive or similar role in the travel industry.
• Strong sales skills with a successful track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-oriented approach.
• Proficiency in booking and reservation systems and applications.
• Knowledge of domestic and international travel destinations, products, and services.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
