Experience - Max up to 3 Years.

Salary: 25,000 to 35,000 Max

Job Location: Patel Nagar, New Delhi

Should be ok with night shift and rotational shifts

Amadeus (GDS) - knowledge is must

Excellent Communication required

Experienced candidates should be from International Travel Organization Voice Process.

We are looking for a motivated and results-oriented Travel Sales Executive to join our team and play a key role in growing our flight booking sales across USA through his/ her travel sales skills.

Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer inquiries regarding flight bookings via calls and provide resolution by helping customer on call.
• Understand customer needs and recommend the best flight options based on their budget, travel dates, and preferences.
• Secure flight bookings by processing transactions efficiently and accurately.
• Build strong relationships with customers and provide exceptional customer service through sales.
• Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.
• Stay up to date on industry trends and airline promotions.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 year of experience in the travel domain (flight booking experience a plus).
• Proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills.
• Proficient in Amadeus GDS.
• Strong understanding of airline ticketing and fare rules.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
