We are looking for enthusiastic and goal-oriented individuals to join our team as Travel Sales Consultants. This role involves domestic calling to provide our clients with tailored travel solutions and exceptional customer service. Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct domestic calls to potential customers to promote travel packages and services.
• Understand customer travel needs and preferences to provide customized travel solutions.
• Provide detailed information on travel destinations, packages, itineraries, and prices.
• Assist customers in planning and booking their travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and tours.
• Maintain and update customer records and sales databases.
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to team goals.
• Address customer queries and concerns promptly and professionally.
• Stay updated on the latest travel trends, destinations, and industry regulations.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Fresh graduates or candidates with a diploma in travel and tourism, hospitality, or related fields.
• Strong sales and negotiation skills.
• Excellent verbal communication skills in Hindi and English.
• Passion for travel and knowledge of popular travel destinations within India.
• Ability to handle customer interactions with professionalism and enthusiasm.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with MS Office.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
