Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Travel Sales Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for converting leads into bookings, managing client communications, and fulfilling the requirements of service. This role requires excellent multitasking abilities, attention to detail, and a passion for customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Conversion: Convert leads into bookings and achieve sales targets
• Communicate effectively with clients to understand their travel needs and preferences
• Tour operations, Itinerary preparation, quotations, Ticketing, Visa service, Passport service
• Handle invoicing and manage customer ledgers
• Provide exceptional customer service and resolve any issues or concerns

Qualifications:

• Diploma/ Bachelor's degree in Tourism/ Hospitality/Business Administration/IATA,/IAPA, or a related field
• 2 year or more experience in Travel and Tourism industry, sales/client servicing/ or a similar role (Must)
• Proficiency in using travel management software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel)

Skills:

• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Lead conversion and marketing skills
• Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
