We are seeking a motivated and experienced Travel Consultant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a deep knowledge of travel destinations, a knack for creating memorable travel experiences, and a dedication to customer satisfaction. As a Travel Consultant, you will be responsible for advising clients on travel options, booking flights, accommodations, and activities, and ensuring a seamless travel experience from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:

• Client Consultation: Engage with clients to understand their travel needs, preferences, and budget.
• Itinerary Planning: Design customized travel itineraries, including flights, hotels, transportation, and activities.
• Booking Management: Arrange and confirm travel arrangements such as flights, accommodation, tours, and car rentals.
• Customer Support: Provide exceptional customer service before, during, and after travel, addressing any issues or concerns promptly.
• Travel Advice: Offer expert advice on travel destinations, visas, health and safety regulations, and travel insurance.
• Sales & Revenue: Achieve sales targets by promoting and selling travel packages, upgrades, and additional services.
• Documentation: Ensure all travel documents are accurate and delivered to clients in a timely manner.
• Market Research: Stay updated on the latest travel trends, destination updates, and industry changes.
• Collaboration: Work closely with other team members and travel suppliers to provide the best possible travel solutions.

Qualifications:

• Experience: Minimum of 2 years experience as a Travel Consultant or in a similar role within the travel industry.
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Tourism, Hospitality, Business, or related field preferred.
• Skills:
• Excellent knowledge of travel software (e.g., Amadeus, Sabre) and MS Office Suite.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Personal Traits: Passion for travel, problem-solving ability, and a proactive approach.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Internship
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?40,000.00 per month
