We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Travel Sales and Operations Executive with experience in the travel and tourism industry. This role involves both front-end customer interaction and back-end operations to ensure seamless service delivery. You'll play a key role in understanding customer needs, crafting personalized travel solutions, and helping launch our brand into the market successfully.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct cold calls to potential customers, introducing Goa Travel Tales and its services.
• Engage with customers, understand their travel requirements, and offer tailored solutions.
• Coordinate with the back-end team to ensure all customer needs are fulfilled efficiently.
• Help streamline operations and processes to deliver top-notch customer experiences.
• Contribute to marketing efforts and strategies to boost visibility and customer engagement.
• Ensure smooth communication between the team and customers to maintain high satisfaction levels.
• Operate in a commission-based model, with opportunities for personal and professional growth aligned with the company's success.
Requirements:
• Proven experience in the travel and tourism industry (experience in Goa's travel market is a plus).
• Strong communication and customer handling skills.
• Proficiency in cold calling and sales techniques.
• Ability to understand customer requirements and deliver solutions effectively.
