The ideal candidate will have solid experience in selling holiday packages, expertise in travel booking systems like Amadeus or Galileo, and a strong background in travel operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Destination Expertise: Provide comprehensive support for travel arrangements to destinations worldwide, with a focus on luxury destinations and VIP clients. Client Interaction: Communicate effectively with French-speaking clients to understand their needs and travel preferences, and provide personalized travel experiences. Itinerary Creation: Develop and manage bespoke destination itineraries, including arrangements for air travel, hotels, sightseeing, and ground transportation. Operational Efficiency: Ensure smooth execution of travel plans and handle operational aspects of travel bookings. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure a high level of satisfaction and repeat business. Product Knowledge: Stay informed about the latest travel products, destinations, and industry trends to provide up-to-date information to clients. System Proficiency: Utilize travel booking systems such as Amadeus and Galileo for booking and managing travel arrangements. Queue Management: Oversee daily operations and handle any issues or queries that arise during the travel process.

Requirements:

Experience: 2-5 years of demonstrated experience in travel operations, with a focus on long-haul destinations. Luxury and VIP Handling: Proven experience in managing travel arrangements for luxury destinations and VIP clients. System Proficiency: Proficiency in using either Amadeus or Galileo reservation systems is essential. Communication Skills: Exceptional skills in communication and customer service in both French and English. Product Knowledge: Strong understanding of global destinations, world geography, and travel booking procedures. Operational Skills: Ability to manage complex itineraries and ensure smooth execution of travel plans. Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and organizational skills to handle multiple tasks and travel arrangements effectively.
