Responsibilities:
1. Coordinate and oversee travel arrangements, including bookings, reservations, and itineraries.
2. Liaise with airlines, hotels, and other service providers to ensure smooth travel logistics.
3. Handle administrative tasks such as processing payments, issuing tickets, and preparing travel documents.
4. Respond to client inquiries and provide assistance before, during, and after travel.
5. Monitor travel schedules and proactively address any disruptions or issues.
6. Maintain accurate records and documentation of travel transactions and expenses.
7. Collaborate with team members to optimize travel operations and enhance customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
1. High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in travel and tourism is a plus.
2. Previous experience in travel operations, customer service, or a related field preferred.
3. Strong organizational and time management skills.
4. Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
5. Familiarity with travel booking systems and software.
6. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
7. Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
