Brief Job Overview This is a non-supervisory position responsible for acting as a Travel Operations Coordinator in the Operations team of USP-India. This position will support multiple departments across USP-India as well as selected Global Sites. Primary responsibilities of this role will be to undertake the following Travel and Administrative activities:
Coordinate processing of travel requests raised by staff.
Travel Tool Management and Support ? to include workflow approvals, coordination with designated travel management company, as well as traveler safety tools.
Travel Vendor Management ? to include hotels, car hire, event venues, caterers, etc.
Coordinate with Security Team for onsite visitors
Coordinate and manage onsite and external staff events.
Provide support for Global travel related activities as designated by Global Travel Manager
Additional duties as assigned by the Supervisor.

Who USP is Looking For? The successful candidate will have a demonstrated understanding of our mission, commitment to excellence through inclusive and equitable behaviors and practices, ability to quickly build credibility with stakeholders, along with the following competencies and experience:
Commerce or other equivalent graduation from a reputable institution
Previous 3-4 years of experience in airline, hotel, visa, cab booking or travel related role
Proficiency in standard IT tools such as MS Office, Excel and PPT preparation
Good negotiation skills on contracts/pricing with hotels for rooms and Banquets bookings
Arranging cab?s in hyderabad, PAN india and International
Prepare monthly reports on travel bookings and expense.
Verifying/checking invoices and processing payments.

Certification in Event Management
Previous Experience as a Travel Agent or Airline Customer Service Agent
