Job Title: Travel Operations Executive

Overview:

Best Tours and Forex Pvt. Ltd. is seeking an Operations Executive to join our dynamic team. The Operations Executive will be responsible for coordinating and overseeing various operational activities within the company, ensuring smooth functioning and efficiency in day-to-day operations. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively.

Responsibilities :

• Coordinate and manage daily operational activities, including but not limited to booking arrangements, client inquiries, and scheduling.
• Liaise with various departments to ensure seamless coordination and communication across the organization.
• Oversee inventory management and procurement processes to maintain adequate stock levels of essential supplies.
• Assist in the development and implementation of operational policies and procedures to enhance efficiency and productivity.
• Handle customer inquiries and provide timely and professional responses, addressing any concerns or issues as needed.
• Collaborate with the sales team to facilitate the booking process and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Monitor and analyze operational metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions accordingly.
• Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance with company standards and regulations.
• Assist in training and mentoring new staff members to ensure they are equipped with the necessary knowledge and skills to perform their roles effectively.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to maintain a competitive edge in the market.

Qualifications :

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
• Proven experience in a similar operational role, preferably in the travel and tourism industry.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with excellent attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with colleagues and clients at all levels.
• Proficiency in MS Office suite and other relevant software applications.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to addressing issues.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and responsibilities.
• Knowledge of foreign exchange services and travel booking systems is an advantage.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as required.
