Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Relationship Manager to drive sales and build strong customer relationships in the travel industry. The ideal candidate will focus on promoting and selling travel packages, ensuring exceptional client satisfaction, and meeting sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sales and Business Development:
• Promote and sell travel packages, including domestic and international destinations.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the customer base.
• Develop tailored travel solutions to meet clients' needs and preferences.
• Client Relationship Management:
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, providing personalized service and regular follow-ups.
• Handle inquiries, provide detailed information, and resolve customer issues effectively.
• Act as a point of contact between clients and internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Market Research and Strategy:
• Keep up-to-date with industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging travel destinations.
• Provide input for marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
• Analyze sales data and market feedback to improve offerings and achieve targets.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?25,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month
