Currently we are expanding our team size hence we are on hiring mode.
Corporate office work, general shift (No split shifts/ no double shifts), spot offer, immediate joining.

Job Location -Bhubaneswar
Salary - 1 Lac to 2 Lacs annually + Attractive Incentives

:

1. Identifying customer need and preparing holiday packages.

2. Destinations Knowledge Any of Them
Domestic and International.

3. Working for Corporate which means to fulfill all demands for corporate clients.

4. Handling both incoming and outgoing telephone calls and web enquiries.

5. Cooperate with clients to determine their needs and advise them appropriate destination, modes of transportation, travel dates, costs and accommodations.

6. Working hard to achieve sales targets.

7. Create, update and maintain an electronic record of client's database includes their bookings & their payments.

8. Network with guests and other third-party vendors.

9. Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction.

10. Building good customer relationship; before and after sales; to maintain client retention.

11. Conducting research to add new vendors/ Travel Agents.

12. Will be responsible for preparing and selling packages for our packages for tourists.

13. Perform reservation and operational tasks to execute guest trip.

14. Offering/ selling competitive prices & packages to customers.

Desired Candidate Profile:

1. Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
2. Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Email Writing.
3. Thorough understanding of sales/marketing and negotiating techniques.
4. Excellent Presentation skills, Pleasing Personality.
5. Fast learner and passion for sales.
6. Build Customer Relations

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?12,000.00 - ?20,000.00 per month

• Bhubaneswar, Orissa: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
