Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Travel Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a travel enthusiast with a strong sales background, who is passionate about helping customers plan and book their dream vacations.

Key Responsibilities:

> Sales and Customer Service:

• Assist customers in planning and booking their travel arrangements, including flights, hotels, and holiday packages.
• Provide expert advice and recommendations to customers based on their travel preferences and budget.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns in a timely and professional manner.

> Product Knowledge:

• Stay updated on the latest travel trends, destinations, and industry developments.
• Maintain a comprehensive knowledge of our products and services to effectively promote them to customers.

>Booking and Reservations:

• Process bookings and reservations accurately and efficiently using our booking system.
• Coordinate with airlines, hotels, and other travel providers to confirm reservations and secure the best rates for customers.

> Marketing and Promotion:

• Assist in the development and implementation of marketing strategies to promote our services and attract new customers.
• Participate in promotional activities, events, and campaigns to increase brand awareness and generate leads.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in travel sales or a related field.
• Strong sales and customer service skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in using travel booking software and Microsoft Office.
• Knowledge of domestic and international travel destinations.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Flexible schedule, including the ability to work evenings and weekends as needed.
