We are seeking a knowledgeable Travel Consultant to join our team and assist in creating and organizing tailored trips for our clients. In this role, you will engage directly with clients to understand their preferences and recommend the most suitable holiday packages. Your expertise will significantly impact customer satisfaction and contribute to the company's success. We are specifically looking for an experienced International Sales Consultant with expertise in customized travel and tours.

Responsibilities:

- Assist clients in identifying their ideal travel package and recommend suitable options.

- Research and compile comprehensive information on travel destinations including pricing, weather, language, currency, and customs.

- Cultivate strong relationships with clients to ensure exceptional service and repeat business.

- Match clients with appropriate tour packages based on their needs and preferences.

- Negotiate and accommodate customizations or modifications requested by clients.

- Meet sales and revenue targets to contribute to company growth.

- Stay informed about current international travel trends to provide up-to-date recommendations.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Travel and Tourism, Hospitality Management, or related fields.

- Profound destination knowledge encompassing Europe and South East Asian locations.

- Minimum of 6 months of experience in a comparable role within travel Sales.

- Fundamental understanding of visa processes.

- Demonstrated track record of achieving sales goals in a customer-centric setting.

- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.

- Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.

- Innate ability to establish rapport with clients.

- Commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.

- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.

- Proficient critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
