Job Description

As a Travel Sales Executive, you will promote and sell travel packages and services to clients. You will work closely with customers to understand their travel needs, provide expert advice, and create tailored travel itineraries. Your goal is to maximize sales and ensure customer satisfaction through exceptional service and attention to detail.

• Key Responsibilities:
• Promote and sell travel packages, accommodations, tours, and other travel-related services.

Handle customerinquiries and provide expert travel advice.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.

Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.

• Create customized travel itineraries based on client preferences and budget.

Coordinate with hotels, and other service providers to secure bookings and
reservations.

• Ensure all travelarrangements are accurate, efficient, and meet client expectations.

Market Research andProduct Knowledge:

• Stay updated on travel trends, destinations, and industry developments.

Continuously enhance product knowledge to provide clients with the best travel options and experiences.
Identify new salesopportunities and market niches.

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and bookings.

Prepare and process invoices, payments, and travel documents.
Handle post-booking
support and resolve any issues that arise during or after travel.

• Qualifications:
• Proven experience in travel sales or a related field.

Strong knowledge of travel destinations, products, and services.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Sales-oriented with a passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in using travel booking systems and software.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Flexibility to work outside regular office hours if required.

Education:

A degree in Travel and Tourism, Hospitality, Business, or a related field is preferred.

Relevant certifications in travel and tourism are a plus.

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
