• Client Consultation: Engage with clients to understand their travel preferences, requirements, and budgets.
• Itinerary Planning: Create customized travel itineraries based on client preferences, including flights, accommodations, transportation, and activities.
• Booking Management: Coordinate bookings for flights, hotels, car rentals, tours, and other travel-related services.
• Vendor Relations: Maintain relationships with airlines, hotels, tour operators, and other travel suppliers to ensure competitive pricing and availability.
• Documentation: Ensure all necessary travel documents, such as visas, passports, and insurance, are obtained and up to date.
• Travel Assistance: Provide support to clients before, during, and after their trips, including handling changes to itineraries, resolving issues, and offering recommendations.
• Budget Management: Monitor travel budgets and expenses, providing cost-effective options while meeting client needs.
• Destination Knowledge: Stay informed about travel trends, destinations, attractions, and local customs to offer informed advice to clients.
• Customer Service: Deliver excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries promptly and professionally, exceeding their expectations.
• Problem Solving: Handle any issues or emergencies that may arise during travel, offering quick and effective solutions.
