Responsibilities:

Provide travel consulting and management services to clients booking trips worldwide.
Manage travel arrangements, including booking flights, accommodations, transportation, and activities.
Deliver exceptional customer service with a professional phone demeanor, addressing client inquiries and concerns promptly and courteously.
Handle travel reservations and booking systems efficiently and accurately.
Ensure accuracy and attention to detail in all aspects of travel planning and management.
Multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks to meet client needs and deadlines.

Qualifications:

Proficiency in travel consulting and management, with a strong understanding of travel industry practices and procedures.
Demonstrated ability to create and manage travel arrangements for clients.
Outstanding customer service skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on professionalism and courtesy.
Experience working with travel reservations and booking systems.
Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant computer applications.
Preferred: Knowledge of different cultures, languages, and customs.
