Job Summary The travel desk manager is responsible for end to end travel, accommodation, VISA, relocationrequests for domestic & international travels in Highradius Job Responsibilities: 1- Flight bookings for International & Domestic travels 2- Accommodation booking predominantly in India (Hyderabad, Bangalore, 3- Bhubaneshwar & other major cities)Provide support to employees for their VISA requirements to other countries of business, mostly US & Europe 4- Forex for international travel 5- Work with leaders to ensure that the solutions provide is a Win-Win for both company & employees 6- Work with local hotels/guest houses to get better prices & services for Highradius 7- Come up with innovative solutions than go with cookie cutter model 8- Understand the booking requirements, analyze the data and provide better solutions 9- Formulate ways for improvement, based on previous research Key Requirements: 1- Bachelor\'s Degree in any discipline 2- Problem-solving skills 3- Intermediate Knowledge of Excel/G-sheets 4- Highly self-motivated and directed,Logical and efficient, with keen attention to detail .
