We are seeking a dynamic and organized individual to join our team as a Travel Desk Executive, with a primary focus on the sales of travel packages.

Job Summary:
The Travel Desk Executive will be responsible for managing all aspects of travel arrangements, including trip scheduling, hotel partnerships, and related tasks. The main requirement for this role is proficiency in selling travel packages to various destinations.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales of Travel Packages:

• Develop, promote, and sell travel packages for various destinations.
• Identify and target potential clients for travel package sales.
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to the growth of the travel services.
• Maintain a strong understanding of travel trends and popular destinations.

Trip Scheduling:

• Plan and coordinate travel itineraries for staff and clients.
• Book flights, trains, and other modes of transportation.
• Ensure timely and efficient travel arrangements.

Hotel Tie-Ups:

• Establish and maintain partnerships with hotels and accommodation providers.
• Negotiate rates and agreements to secure the best deals for the organization.
• Handle hotel bookings and resolve any accommodation-related issues.

Customer Service:

• Provide excellent customer service to internal and external clients.
• Address and resolve travel-related inquiries and issues.
• Ensure a seamless and enjoyable travel experience for all travelers.

Administrative Tasks:

• Maintain accurate records of travel arrangements and expenses.
• Prepare and submit travel reports as required.
• Assist with other administrative tasks related to the travel desk.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in sales of travel packages.
• Proficiency in trip scheduling, hotel partnerships, and travel coordination.
• Strong sales skills with a track record of achieving sales targets.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Proficiency in travel booking software and tools.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Travel Management, Business, or a related field is preferred.
