• Negotiating rates : Negotiating with vendors to get the best rates for travel
• Handling requests : Managing incoming travel requests and processing them
• Handling emergencies : Handling cancellations and emergency changes in a professional manner
• Processing visas : Handling visa applications and formalities
• Updating HR : Updating HR on travel and leaves
• Coordinating with employees : Coordinating with employees on travel requests
• Sourcing vendors : Sourcing new vendors for hotels, training rooms, and PGs
• Arranging events : Arranging events, conferences, dinners, and offsite meetings
• Creating reports : Creating monthly travel MIS reports
