Job Description

Role & responsibilities

1. Travel Coordination:• Organize and manage all aspects of employee travel arrangements, including flights, accommodation, transportation, and visas.

2. •Booking and Reservations:• Handle the booking and reservation process for flights, hotels, and rental vehicles, ensuring timely confirmations and adherence to travel policies.

3. •Expense Management:• Track and reconcile travel expenses, ensuring accurate records and adherence to budgetary guidelines.

4. •Travel Policy Compliance:• Stay updated on company travel policies and ensure all travel arrangements comply with these guidelines.

5. •Communication:• Serve as the primary point of contact for travel-related inquiries, providing assistance and guidance to employees regarding travel procedures and requirements.

6. •Vendor Management:• Liaise with travel agencies, hotels, and other vendors to negotiate favorable rates and ensure excellent service delivery.

7. •Documentation:• Maintain thorough and organized records of travel itineraries, expenses, and related documents.

8. •Travel Support:• Offer support to employees during their travels, addressing any issues or concerns that may arise.

9. •Emergency Assistance:• Provide assistance and support in case of travel emergencies or disruptions, such as flight cancellations or medical emergencies.Requirements

•Qualification •

•1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field (preferred).

2. Proven experience in travel coordination or a similar administrative role.

3. Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.

4. Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

5. Proficiency in travel booking software and Microsoft Office Suite.

6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

7. Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

8. Knowledge of travel regulations and procedures.

9. Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and schedules.

10. Customer-focused approach and dedication to providing exceptional service.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?30,000.00 - ?40,000.00 per month
