JD for Travel Desk executive
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate travel arrangements for employees, including flights, accommodations, and transportation.
• Ensure all bookings comply with company travel policies and budget guidelines.
• Provide timely responses to travel inquiries and requests from employees.
• Manage and maintain travel records and documentation.
• Handle changes and cancellations in travel plans as necessary.
• Collaborate with travel agencies, airlines, and hotels to secure the best deals.
• Assist in preparing travel expense reports and reconciling receipts.
• Stay updated on travel advisories and visa requirements.
• Handle any travel-related emergencies or issues that may arise.
Skills and Qualifications:
• Proven experience as a Travel Desk Executive or in a similar role.
• Excellent knowledge of travel booking procedures and systems (e.g., Amadeus, Sabre).Make my trip, my Biz
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Exceptional attention to detail.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and Outlook.
• Knowledge of visa processing and travel regulations is preferred.
• Certification in travel and tourism or related field is a plus would be additional if possible
Educational Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field.
