Job Summary:



The Offline Business Development Manager will represent the company at college campuses to promote DBMCI offerings, onboard college Ambassadors, ensure app downloads, collect relevant data, and drive market share growth. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a knack for networking, and the ability to execute marketing and sales strategies effectively.

Key Responsibilities:



1. Front Desk Operations:



Manage the front desk, greet guests in a professional and friendly manner, handling queries and concerns effectively. Maintain accurate records of guest interactions, including registration forms and billing information.

2. Travel Management:



Arrange travel logistics for employees, including booking flights, hotels, and transport. Provide support for travel-related inquiries and ensure smooth travel arrangements for team members.

3. Housekeeping and Courier Management:



Oversee housekeeping duties to ensure cleanliness and orderliness in the office. Manage the courier services, ensuring timely dispatch and receipt of packages.

4. Inventory Management:



Maintain and update office inventory records, ensuring proper stock levels of supplies and materials. Coordinate with suppliers for procurement and stock replenishment.

5. Administrative Support:



Perform administrative tasks such as preparing reports, scheduling meetings, and office coordination. Ensure timely completion of daily reports while maintaining confidentiality.

Requirements:



Bachelor's degree (preferred) with 2+ years in travel, admin, or front desk roles. Strong communication, multitasking & organizational skills. Proficiency in travel booking & office management software.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?22,000.00 - ?28,000.00 per month
