Travel Arrangements:
Coordinate and book domestic and international travel including flights, hotels, and ground transportation.
Ensure all travel arrangements comply with company travel policies and budget constraints.
Handle last-minute travel changes and emergencies with efficiency and professionalism.
Documentation and Compliance:
Prepare and manage travel documentation, including itineraries, visas, and travel insurance.
Ensure compliance with international travel regulations and company policies.
Maintain accurate records of travel expenses and reports.
Communication:
Serve as the primary point of contact for all travel-related inquiries and issues.
Communicate travel details to employees and provide assistance with travel-related queries.
Liaise with travel agencies, airlines, and hotels to negotiate rates and secure bookings.
Administration:
Monitor and track travel expenses, ensuring accurate and timely reconciliation.
Maintain a database of frequent travelers and preferred travel arrangements.
Assist in developing and implementing travel policies and procedures.
Customer Service:
Provide exceptional customer service to employees, addressing their travel needs and concerns promptly.
Resolve travel-related issues and disputes in a professional manner.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, Travel Management, or a related field.
