: Travel Desk Coordinator (2-4 Years of Experience) Position Title: Travel Desk Coordinator Experience: 2-4 Years Department: Administration/Travel Desk Job Summary: The Travel Desk Coordinator will be responsible for managing and coordinating all travel-related activities for the organization. This includes booking flights, accommodations, and transportation, as well as handling travel documentation and ensuring compliance with company travel policies. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively under pressure. Key Responsibilities:
  • Travel Arrangements:
  • Coordinate and book domestic and international travel including flights, hotels, and ground transportation.
  • Ensure all travel arrangements comply with company travel policies and budget constraints.
  • Handle last-minute travel changes and emergencies with efficiency and professionalism.
  • Documentation and Compliance:
  • Prepare and manage travel documentation, including itineraries, visas, and travel insurance.
  • Ensure compliance with international travel regulations and company policies.
  • Maintain accurate records of travel expenses and reports.
  • Communication:
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all travel-related inquiries and issues.
  • Communicate travel details to employees and provide assistance with travel-related queries.
  • Liaise with travel agencies, airlines, and hotels to negotiate rates and secure bookings.
  • Administration:
  • Monitor and track travel expenses, ensuring accurate and timely reconciliation.
  • Maintain a database of frequent travelers and preferred travel arrangements.
  • Assist in developing and implementing travel policies and procedures.
  • Customer Service:
  • Provide exceptional customer service to employees, addressing their travel needs and concerns promptly.
  • Resolve travel-related issues and disputes in a professional manner.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, Travel Management, or a related field.
  • 2-4 years of experience in a travel coordination or administrative role.
  • Proficiency in travel booking software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Knowledge of international travel regulations and procedures.
Preferred Skills:
  • Experience with corporate travel management.
  • Familiarity with Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
  • Strong negotiation skills.
Job Type: Full-time Pay: \xe2\x82\xb910,150.35 - \xe2\x82\xb935,033.90 per month Benefits:
