Role Description

We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Travel Designer to join our team in Gurgaon. As a Travel Designer, you will craft bespoke travel itineraries, manage bookings and ensure seamless experiences for the inbound travellers. This full-time, on-site role offers unparalleled exposure to the luxury travel industry.

Key Responsibilities:

- Create customised travel itineraries, ensuring accurate costing and proposals.

- Communicate effectively with foreign tour operators and travel suppliers.

- Coordinate ground operations and maintain high standards of service delivery.

- Handle reservations, invoicing and payment coordination with suppliers.

- Conduct research to design new tours and enhance existing products.

- Maintain and update travel software for timely provisioning.

- Negotiate with suppliers to control costs and boost profitability.

- Gather and track client feedback to ensure quality improvement.

Qualifications:

- Master's Degree or MBA in Travel & Tourism Management (mandatory).

- Minimum 2 years of experience handling inbound tours preferably for markets like the USA and South America, with a focus on tailor-made itineraries.

- Strong communication, interpersonal and organisational skills.

- Attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure.

- Knowledge of destinations across India, Nepal, Bhutan, Tibet, Sri Lanka and the Maldives.

Position Details:

- Vacancies: 2 (Two) Travel Designers - Inbound Tours.

- Renumeration: Competitive, based on aptitude, experience, and performance during the selection process. Starting packages are flexible and will be discussed during the interview.
