1. Travel Planning:
- Coordinate travel arrangements, including booking flights, accommodations, and transportation services.
- Research and identify the best travel options based on preferences, budget, and schedules.
- Ensure compliance with company travel policies and guidelines.
- Develop detailed travel itineraries, including schedules, activities, and necessary reservations.
- Communicate itinerary details to travelers and provide necessary documentation.
- Monitor travel expenses and ensure adherence to budgetary constraints.
- Process travel-related invoices and expense reports in a timely manner.
- Liaise with travel vendors, hotels, airlines, and other service providers to coordinate bookings and resolve issues.
- Collaborate with internal teams or external partners to ensure seamless coordination of travel plans.
- Provide support and assistance to travelers in case of emergencies, flight delays, cancellations, or other unexpected events.
- Offer alternative travel arrangements and solutions as needed.
- Maintain accurate records of travel arrangements, expenses, and itineraries.
- Ensure compliance with travel documentation requirements, such as visas, passports, and health certificates.
