1. Travel Planning:
• Coordinate travel arrangements, including booking flights, accommodations, and transportation services.

• Ensure compliance with company travel policies and guidelines.
2. Itinerary Management:
• Develop detailed travel itineraries, including schedules, activities, and necessary reservations.
• Communicate itinerary details to travelers and provide necessary documentation.
3. Expense Management:
• Monitor travel expenses and ensure adherence to budgetary constraints.
• Process travel-related invoices and expense reports in a timely manner.
4. Communication and Coordination:
• Liaise with travel vendors, hotels, airlines, and other service providers to coordinate bookings and resolve issues.
• Collaborate with internal teams or external partners to ensure seamless coordination of travel plans.
5. Emergency Assistance:
• Provide support and assistance to travelers in case of emergencies, flight delays, cancellations, or other unexpected events.
• Offer alternative travel arrangements and solutions as needed.
6. Documentation and Record-Keeping:
