Job Description

We are looking for a Travel Consultant to help us create an amazing experience for passengers arriving at Srinagar Airport. You will be stationed at the Dedicated Desk at the Arrival Hall of the Airport & required to interact with passengers arriving at Srinagar Airport. Guide them on the aspect and features of the Dedicated Mobile APP and answer the common curious questions they may have about the City. Job Role / Duties

• Pleasing Personality with Excellent Communication & People Skills
• Hands-on experience in understanding the common issues of visitors/holidaymakers\xe2\x80\x99
• Basic knowledge of best practices in travel management and tourism/exposure to the travel and tourism industry
• Well, Versed with Srinagar and Surrounding areas on All Counts \xe2\x80\x93 Shopping, Food, Must Visit Places, etc.
• Always on top of the current offer and promote different services and offerings.
• Reaching Out / Visting Local Businesses / Establishments for Offers and Promotions
• Liaisoning with Airport Partners for Value Added Services
• Monitoring Feedback and Complaints

Requirements

• Bachelor\'s degree (preferably in travel and tourism, hospitality business), or relevant fields.
• Prior experience as a travel agent or an avid traveler is a bonus.
• Basic computer skills and software like MS Office.
• Knowledge of English and the Local Language is MUST
• Up to date with domestic and international travel trends.

Job Type: Regular / Permanent Salary: 9200,000.00 - 9240,000.00 per month Benefits:
