Job Description

You will need to

• Attend to our clients who are planning to travel from Canada to India or anywhere else in the world.
• Search for the best fares in Galileo and convert the leads into sales.
• Provide post-sales support to existing clients.
• Follow-up on leads to ensure conversion
• Ensure Teamwork and Collaboration

• Must be good in Galileo or Amadeus or any other GD
• Must have good knowledge of Canada to India routes and flights.
• Must know Punjabi and Englis
• Must be ready to work in night shift

• Travel Consulting, Travel Management, and Travel Arrangements
• Customer Service and Reservations
• Experience in the travel industry
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask
• Knowledge of travel booking systems and software
• Fluency in multiple languages is a plus
