As a Travel Consultant, you will be responsible for assisting clients with their travel plans, including booking flights, accommodations, and organizing itineraries. The ideal candidate should have 1 to 3 years of experience in the travel industry and be knowledgeable about the latest tourism trends. This is a full-time position based in Jaipur, Rajasthan, India. Qualifications And Skills 1-3 years of experience as a Travel Consultant or in a similar role Excellent knowledge of the travel industry, including popular destinations, airlines, and hotels Strong understanding of travel itineraries, booking procedures, and travel regulations Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities Passionate about travel and tourism Adept at using travel booking systems and software Fluency in English and Hindi Roles And Responsibilities Assist clients with their travel plans, including flight, hotel, and transportation bookings Provide recommendations on travel destinations, attractions, and activities Create detailed itineraries tailored to clients\' preferences and budget Coordinate with airlines, hotels, and other travel partners to ensure smooth travel arrangements Handle booking modifications, cancellations, and refunds as necessary Stay updated on the latest tourism trends, travel restrictions, and visa requirements Provide exceptional customer service and address any issues or complaints Stay informed about current promotions, discounts, and special deals offered by travel suppliers Maintain accurate records of clients\' travel preferences and contact information Collaborate with team members to improve overall customer experience and achieve sales targets
