We are seeking a dynamic, enthusiastic individual to join our Ticketing department. The ideal candidate will possess expertise in ticket issuance, re-issuance, cancellation, refunds, and providing customer support via chat or phone, consistently resolving client issues with exceptional customer service skills. Proficiency in GDS systems such as Galileo is mandatory, and familiarity with Amadeus is preferred. A minimum of one year of relevant experience is required. IATA or aviation course is also mandatory
