Profile Summary
As a Travel Sales Consultant specializing in Domestic Holidays, you will be responsible for promoting
and selling domestic travel packages to individuals and groups. This role requires a deep
understanding of domestic destinations, travel trends, and customer preferences. Your primary goal
is to create memorable and seamless travel experiences for clients within the country.
Primary Responsibilities
1. Customer Interaction
- Communicate with clients to understand their travel preferences, requirements, and budget
constraints.
- Provide expert advice on domestic destinations, attractions, and activities.
2. Itinerary Planning
- Design customized travel itineraries based on client preferences, ensuring a balance of
sightseeing, leisure, and unique experiences.
- Collaborate with hotels, transportation providers, and tour guides to create seamless travel plans.
3. Sales and Booking
- Present and promote domestic holiday packages to potential clients.
- Handle bookings, payments, and necessary documentation efficiently.
4. Product Knowledge
- Stay updated on the latest domestic travel trends, attractions, and accommodations.
- Continuously expand knowledge of local cultures, events, and activities.
5. Customer Service
- Provide excellent customer service throughout the entire travel process.
- Address and resolve customer inquiries, concerns, or issues promptly.
Requirements
1. Education
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Tourism, Business, or a related field.
2. Experience
- Min 1.5yrs Proven experience as a Travel Sales Consultant, preferably with a focus on domestic
holidays.
- Familiarity with various domestic travel destinations and their offerings.
3. Communication Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to convey complex travel information in a clear and engaging manner.
4. Sales Skills
- Strong sales and negotiation skills.
- Ability to upsell and cross-sell travel packages effectively.

1. Destination Knowledge
- In-depth knowledge of popular domestic destinations, landmarks, and attractions.

- A customer-centric approach with a focus on exceeding client expectations.

- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple bookings and itineraries simultaneously.

Pay: ?25,000.00 - ?45,000.00 per month
