Job Description
We are hiring for the position of Travel Sales Consultant for US Process (Experience Candidate). Attending inbound travel related queries through calls, emails and online chats; Make professional, correct, cost effective travel arrangements for clients while providing exceptional Customer service. Assist clients with information on destination, local knowledge, visa related details and airline related details. Outbound calls to passengers making online reservation (Ex India) Offering flight tickets, hotel accommodation, travel insurance and other travel related services. Ability to understand/comprehend the customer\'s requirements and respond tactically. Emphasizing on key words, handling objections and using product/service benefits to respond to customer\'s queries. Desired Profile: * Willing to work in rotational shifts. * Excellent communication skills in English. * Knowledge in Travel Agency System & Software of GDS.
