Position Summary:

The Travel Consultant is responsible for providing personalized travel services and expert advice to clients. This includes booking travel arrangements, offering travel recommendations, and ensuring a seamless and enjoyable travel experience. The ideal candidate will possess excellent customer service skills, extensive knowledge of travel destinations, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Consultation:

Provide detailed information on product ,travel destinations, transportation options, accommodations, and travel costs.

Travel Advice and Support:

Respond promptly to client inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns.

Sales and Marketing:

Promote special travel packages, tours, and other services offered by the company.

Maintain and update client databases with detailed records of client preferences and travel history.

Develop and maintain relationships with travel industry partners and suppliers.

Qualifications:

Education:

High school diploma or equivalent (required).

Bachelor's degree in Travel and Tourism, Hospitality, or related field (preferred).

Experience:

Proven experience as a Travel Consultant or similar role in the travel industry.

Skills:

Strong Sales and convincing skills .

Knowledge:

In-depth knowledge of domestic and international travel destinations.

Understanding of travel regulations, visa requirements, and travel insurance.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?18,000.00 - ?24,500.00 per month

Supplemental pay types:

• Quarterly bonus
