Job Title: Travel and Property Manager Location: Mumbai & Lonavala, India : We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Travel and Property Manager to oversee our chairman\xe2\x80\x99s travel arrangements and property management needs. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in corporate travel management, and property administration, and exceptional problem-solving skills. This role requires excellent communication abilities and a proactive approach to managing travel and property-related tasks. Key Responsibilities: Travel Management: 1. Travel Coordination: o Plan and coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, transportation, customs, visas, immigration, PRANAM, etc. o Managing Travel of VIP stakeholders like helicopter or private jet booking, etc. 2. Vendor Management: o Establish and maintain relationships with travel agencies, airlines, hotels, and other travel service providers. o Negotiate favorable terms and rates to optimize travel expenses. 3. Policy Compliance: o Develop, update, and enforce corporate travel policies. o Monitor travel expenditures and prepare reports on travel costs and trends. 4. Risk Management: o Stay informed about global travel risks and guide to ensure traveler safety. o Assist in managing travel emergencies and disruptions effectively. 5. Technology Utilization: o Utilize travel management software to streamline booking, approvals, and expense reporting. o Stay updated with travel technology advancements, websites, and the latest travel offers. 6. Customer Service: o Provide exceptional support for travel-related inquiries and issues. o Ensure a smooth travel experience by addressing potential problems proactively. Property Management: 1. Property Oversight: o Manage company-owned and leased residential and commercial properties, ensuring they are well-maintained and compliant with regulations. o Coordinate property maintenance, repairs, and renovations as needed. 2. Lease and Contract Management: o Oversee lease agreements, renewals, and terminations for company properties. o Negotiate lease terms and conditions to ensure cost-effectiveness and compliance. 3. Vendor Coordination: o Establish and manage relationships with property management firms, contractors, and service providers. o Ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of property-related services. 4. Budget Management: o Develop and manage budgets for property maintenance and improvements. o Monitor property-related expenditures and provide regular financial reports. 5. Risk Management: o Conduct regular property inspections to identify potential risks and address safety issues. o Ensure properties meet all legal and regulatory requirements. 6. Documentation and Reporting: o Maintain accurate records of property-related transactions, contracts, and maintenance activities. o Prepare reports on property status, expenses, and upcoming needs. Qualifications: \xe2\x80\xa2 Education: Bachelor or Masters degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, Real Estate, or a related field. Engineers will be preferred like electrical engineer. \xe2\x80\xa2 Experience: Minimum of 8 years of experience in travel management and property administration or a similar role. \xe2\x80\xa2 Skills: o Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. o Excellent negotiation and communication skills. o Proficiency in travel management software and property management tools. o In-depth knowledge of travel regulations and property management best practices. o Ability to handle stressful situations and emergencies effectively. Preferred Qualifications: \xe2\x80\xa2 Certification in travel management (e.g., Certified Corporate Travel Executive - CCTE) or property management (e.g., Certified Property Manager - CPM). \xe2\x80\xa2 Experience working with multinational companies. \xe2\x80\xa2 Familiarity with the latest travel and property management technology trends.
