We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Travel Agent to join our dynamic team and help customers plan their dream international holidays. The ideal candidate will be passionate about travel, possess excellent communication skills, and have a strong understanding of international travel destinations and packages. As a Travel Agent, you will be responsible for helping clients select, book, and customize holiday packages to exciting international destinations, ensuring an unforgettable travel experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist customers in selecting and booking international travel packages, including flights, accommodations, tours, and activities. Provide expert advice on popular travel destinations, local customs, visa requirements, and weather conditions. Stay up-to-date with travel trends, new destinations, and seasonal promotions to offer the best travel options to clients. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by offering personalized travel solutions based on their preferences and budgets. Handle inquiries from clients, ensuring timely responses and offering valuable recommendations. Negotiate with suppliers, hotels, and tour operators to secure the best prices and special offers for clients. Process travel bookings, including issuing tickets, confirming hotel reservations, and finalizing itineraries. Provide clients with necessary documentation, such as travel vouchers, flight tickets, and itineraries. Address and resolve any issues or concerns that may arise before, during, or after the trip. Achieve sales targets and contribute to the growth of the travel agency by consistently delivering high levels of customer satisfaction.
