As a Travel Consultant/Agent at Arrange My Tour, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping our clients' travel adventures. You'll work closely with individuals and groups to design and arrange customized itineraries, providing expert advice and recommendations to ensure memorable experiences. Here's what you'll be responsible for:

Responsibilities:

• Client Consultation: Engage with clients to understand their travel preferences, budget, and objectives.
• Itinerary Planning: Create tailored travel itineraries, including destination recommendations, accommodations, activities, and transportation options.
• Booking and Reservations: Make reservations for flights, hotels, tours, and other travel-related services, ensuring all arrangements align with clients' needs.
• Travel Documentation: Assist clients with visa applications, travel insurance, and any required travel documents.
• Travel Advice: Provide expert advice on destinations, travel trends, and safety guidelines.
• Budget Management: Help clients manage their travel budgets effectively, offering cost-saving options when possible.
• Customer Support: Offer ongoing support to clients before, during, and after their trips, addressing any concerns or issues.
• Stay Informed: Stay updated on travel industry trends, new destinations, and travel regulations.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Travel Consultant/Agent or in a related role.
• Strong knowledge of travel destinations, trends, and industry practices.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
