Designation: Travel Agent Experience: 1 Year to 3 Years Location: Sector - 03, Noida Package: 30k to 35k Benefits: Food Allowance + Incentives Working Days: 06 Days Working Shift: Night (9 pm to 6 am) Note: This is a night shift job role and there are no cab facilities available. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Travel Agent at Mehu Solutions Private Limited. As a Travel Agent, your day-to-day tasks will involve handling reservations, providing exceptional customer service, arranging travel arrangements, promoting car rental services, and engaging in sales activities. You will be responsible for ensuring that each traveller has a smooth and enjoyable travel experience. Qualifications
- Reservations and Travel Arrangements
- Customer Service and Sales
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of travel industry trends and destinations
- Attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in travel booking systems and software
- Previous experience as a Travel Agent or in a related role is preferred
- Degree or certification in Travel and Tourism or a related field is a plus
- Night shift
