We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Travel Sales Executive with extensive knowledge of both international and domestic travel destinations. The ideal candidate will have a passion for travel, excellent sales skills, and the ability to create memorable experiences for our clients. This role involves selling travel packages, providing expert advice, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
• Promote and sell travel packages, including flights, accommodations, tours, and other travel-related services.
• Provide comprehensive travel information and advice to clients, covering both international and domestic destinations.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their travel needs and preferences.
• Create customized travel itineraries that meet client expectations and budget.
• Stay updated on travel trends, destination information, and changes in travel regulations.
• Handle client inquiries and resolve any travel-related issues promptly and efficiently.
• Collaborate with airlines, hotels, tour operators, and other travel service providers to secure the best deals for clients.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets and revenue goals.
• Maintain accurate records of client transactions and communications in the CRM system.
• Participate in travel fairs, exhibitions, and promotional events to showcase travel offerings.
