Job Summary:
The Travel Consultant is responsible for assisting clients with their travel needs, including booking flights, accommodations, transportation, and planning itineraries. This role requires strong communication skills, a passion for travel, and the ability to provide personalized service to ensure clients have a smooth and enjoyable travel experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Client Consultation: Engage with clients to understand their travel needs, preferences, and budget to offer personalized travel options.
• Itinerary Planning: Develop detailed travel itineraries that include flights, hotels, car rentals, tours, and other travel arrangements.
• Booking & Reservations: Book flights, accommodations, and other travel services using booking systems and platforms, ensuring accuracy and timely confirmations.
• Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service throughout the booking process, addressing client inquiries, and resolving any travel-related issues.

Requirements:

• Education: HSC & Bachelor's degree in Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field (preferred).
• Experience: Previous experience in travel consulting, customer service, or a similar role is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of domestic and international travel destinations
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Good communication and customer handling skills
• Experienced in Sales (Life Insurance / Credit Card sales / Education Sector)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
