We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused

Travel Adviser

with expertise in ticketing and exceptional English proficiency. The ideal candidate will provide personalized travel solutions, handle booking processes, and deliver outstanding customer service to meet client needs.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist clients in planning and booking their travel itineraries, including flights, accommodations, and other services. Manage ticketing processes with precision, including issuance, reissuance, and cancellations. Provide expert advice on travel routes, airline options, and visa requirements. Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, or in-person interactions. Resolve booking issues and handle last-minute changes efficiently. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of travel industry trends and airline policies. Build and nurture strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in ticketing and travel advisory roles. Proficiency in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong knowledge of global travel destinations, airline systems (e.g., Amadeus, Sabre, Galileo), and visa requirements. Exceptional customer service and problem-solving skills. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks effectively. Certification in Travel and Tourism or relevant training is a plus.
