We are looking for a Travel Advisor to join our team at Neptune holidays a leadingTravel company based in Jaipur. As a Travel Advisor, you will be responsible for assisting clients with their travel plans and providing exceptional customer service. This is a mid-level position requiring 4 to 6 years of experience in the travel industry. The role is full-time and based in Jaipur, Rajasthan, India.

Qualifications and Skills

• 2 to 3 years of experience in the travel industry
• Strong knowledge of domestic and international travel destinations
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
• Attention to detail and organizational skills
• Proficiency in travel booking systems and tools
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Flexibility to work occasional evenings and weekends as needed
• Knowledge of computer and network security is a plus

• Assist clients in planning their travel itineraries, including flights, accommodations, and activities
• Provide recommendations and advice on destinations, attractions, and travel routes
• Handle bookings, reservations, and ticketing for clients
• Manage travel documentation, such as visas and passports
• Stay up-to-date with travel trends and industry developments
• Resolve any issues or complaints that may arise during travel
• Build strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business
• Work closely with other travel advisors and team members to provide seamless customer service
