Transport Officer
Job Description
Supply of food various customers locations, timely reach of food to customers, prepare vehicle schedule as per client timings (pickup and drop of food and reach timings), supervise on drivers and helpers. Ensure to pick empty utensils and material. Sending groceries and other material to various stores, while return pick up the materials if any. Co-ordinate with all managers and staff.
Ensure Vehicles maintenance, FC, Tax, Insurances, and renewals, drivers valid licenses, Log books checking, vehicle meter reading daily checking, No misuse the vehicle and vehicle mileage. Ensure proper utilization of vehicles, If vehicle suddenly break down plan alternative immediate arrangement, and should be proactive.
