• Any Graduation
• Should have Minimum 6+ Years of Experiencein the relevant industry
• Strong organizational and leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and proficiency in using transportation management software. Knowledge of transportation regulations and safety standards.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of handling multiple tasks simultaneously. Ability to work under pressure and resolve issues effectively.
• Should be able to join immediately
Key Responsibilities:
Transportation Management:
• Oversee and coordinate all transportation activities for the institutions, including daily routes, vehicle scheduling, and logistics.
• Ensure timely and safe transportation of students, staff, and other stakeholders.
• Develop and manage transportation schedules and routes to optimize efficiency.
Vehicle Maintenance and Safety:
• Monitor and ensure the regular maintenance and servicing of all transportation vehicles.
• Implement and enforce safety protocols for vehicle operation and passenger safety.
• Conduct routine inspections and manage repairs or replacements as needed.
Driver Management:
• Recruit, train, and supervise drivers, ensuring they adhere to company policies and safety regulations.
• Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to drivers.
• Address and resolve any driver-related issues or concerns.
Compliance and Documentation:
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal transportation regulations and standards.
• Maintain accurate records of vehicle maintenance, driver logs, and transportation incidents.
• Prepare and submit reports related to transportation operations.
Budget and Resource Management:
• Manage the transportation budget, including costs related to fuel, maintenance, and staffing.
• Evaluate and recommend cost-effective solutions and improvements for transportation services.
Communication and Coordination:
• Act as the primary point of contact for transportation-related queries and concerns from students, parents, staff, and other stakeholders.
• Coordinate with other departments to address transportation needs and resolve issues.
• Provide regular updates and reports to institutional leadership regarding transportation operations.
Emergency Response:
• Develop and implement emergency response plans related to transportation incidents.
Coordinate with emergency services and ensure appropriate actions are taken during transportation emergencies.
