Location - Pal, Jodhpur Job Role: Transport Incharge Key Responsibilities: \xe2\x97\x8f Transport Management \xe2\x97\x8f Vehicle Repair & Maintenance \xe2\x97\x8f Drivers & Maid Management \xe2\x97\x8f Documents & report Handling \xe2\x97\x8f Registers Handling \xe2\x97\x8f Tracking of Vehicles \xe2\x97\x8f Parents Handling : \xe2\x97\x8f The transport in-charge is responsible for setting the routes for the buses, dispatch and arrival of the buses. \xe2\x97\x8f Responsible for day to day running of School Transport. \xe2\x97\x8f Transport Incharge should schedule & manage bus routes \xe2\x97\x8f Allocate new students for the running bus routes \xe2\x97\x8f Take daily updates from the internal team about the number of students not traveling in each day for any reason. \xe2\x97\x8f Should keep the internal team informed about any new students joining or leaving the transport service. \xe2\x97\x8f Allocate specific routes and vehicles to the drivers based on the availability \xe2\x97\x8f Should conduct weekly meetings with bus drivers ,attenders for reinforcing their regular duties and protocols. \xe2\x97\x8f Responsible for hiring drivers in case of vacancy \xe2\x97\x8f Managing vehicle documents \xe2\x97\x8f Should look into the timely maintenance and repair of all buses of the respective branch to ensure the safety and comfort of students \xe2\x97\x8f Perform periodic checkup of vehicles in a regular interval to avoid mid-trip breakdowns and to improve safety Timings: 8 am to 4:30pm Working days: 6 days working Regards, HR Job Type: Full-time Pay: \xe2\x82\xb915,000.00 - \xe2\x82\xb918,000.00 per month Schedule:
