JOB DESCRIPTION:

A Transport & Facilities In charge's responsibility is overseeing, maintaining and ensuring the smooth operations of the Transport & Facilities Department and overseeing the daily administrative operations. He / she would be in charge of for the security and maintenance of a building, supervising the facilities such as Transport, Housekeeping, Kitchen, Securities and also the construction of the new sites. This positions reports to the Head of Administration.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Oversee and manage the entire transport department including but not limited to: recruitment of drivers, routing, answering parent queries, vehicle maintenance, documentation and ensuring smooth flow of transportation.
• Oversee building projects, renovations, or refurbishments
• Supervise teams of service staff across various departments.
• Ensure the facility is operating as it should on a daily basis
• Identify areas that can make the building more efficient and cost effective
• Ensure efficient and smooth business operations
• Other Administrative tasks as assigned.

QUALIFICATION CRITERIA:

• The ideal candidate should have Good English Communication skills
• Candidates must have atleast 5+ years of work experience as Transport & Facilities Incharge in an Educational institution.
• Should be flexible and be able to work according to the school's requirements and timings
• Must be able to work in a fast paced environment and work well under pressure.
• Candidates must be able to join immediately.
